Carrie: Thanks for taking the time to give your perspective on Preston’s Mogul System. I’ve having to wait until Wed/Thurs timeline, before signing up, but will do so thru you URL in this email. I feel, the 1st ones in with Preston, can market to other folks, encouraging them to review Preston’s video, then sign up, for commissions via helping OTHERS become aware of what Preston has put together, which, if you might recall, in the late 90s, a couple of hubby/wife RE-Attorneys, put together a nice formatted forum called: http://www.cre????? !! darn, SR MOMENT, i guess, as I have fogotten OH!!! http://www.creonline.com which is about the time, I begain looking, watching, studying, soaking up, what the site’s members (FREE ACCESS) interacting between beginners, intermediate, and/or expert RE-Iers. I lovedd the way they broke down the various niches of the industry….re: sfr properties, comm, legal, financing, mobile homes, forums…and when you ask a ???, you pretty quickly got/get three, to five answers to your issue/concern. GREAT SITE!! As I suspect and expect that Preston Ely’s will be very useful also!! Cant wait, to mesh YOUR rehab system, in with Preston’s access to funding and connection to the different levels of expertize and/or various niches of putting together deals. EXCITED for sure!! It sounds like you are getting things lined up for an awesome 2013! Preston knows his stuff and his site is going to be a great tool for anyone in the real estate game, new or advanced. I have learned over the years that getting freaked out and putting the brakes on certainly doesn’t help increase your income. My life credo: “Ready, Fire, Aim!” With respect to these big hedge funds coming into various markets, it is crucial to have an edge on them when buying in the new year. I have a few things up my sleeve that I will be sharing with all of the Automated Rehab Renegade students in the coming year. Keep your focus and I say Full Speed Ahead!!!
